Today Jess, Lily and I went for a walk around our neighbourhood together 🙂 We try to do this at least once a week and aim for 45 mins and about 4 km. The flies are really bad where we are (semi-rural with cows in pasture right across the road). So a fly net helps a lot to reduce the ‘Western Australian Wave’ (swatting flies away).
Next up is buying some office furniture, a straddle stool for my home office, eventually to be paired with a footrest, new mechanical sit/stand desk, monitor mounts and a better quality home camera for my YouTube channel.
Will spend some time today brainstorming using Microsoft Whiteboard for my first few videos on the theme “Religion and Science – Enemies?” I hope viewers will be intrigued and view enough to reflectively engage with the topics and themes I aim to introduce.
