Month 3: Week 9, Day 6: Cooking/baking last night w/Jess!

Jess and I baked yummy cookies last night 🙂

This is the recipe!
My stirring efforts 🙂
This is the choc – including extra milky Lindt choc (Swiss Choc brand)
Frozen raspberries conveniently added at end! Cooked from frozen is best
My darling wife, making the cookies into a roll for freezing excess
Then we roll the raspberries in, separate into 4 or 6 and bake for 12 mins at 180°C
We use plain flour and add in baking soda (not powder) directly to make it fresh and fluffy/airy
