Month 3: Week 10, Day 3 – Smashed avo and feta ftw!

This morning was pretty epic thus far 🙂 I’ve sent my Dad in the US a message reply at 7 am or so (his 4 pm) and then resolved to go do some lawn mowing and whipper snipping, had a shower, made coffee and then scrambled eggs salmon, smashed avo and feta with my darling wife 🙂 what a luxury brekky at home, much cheaper than going out!

Eggs done two ways 🙂 My wife prefers poached egg for some reason ;p
Pro tip: this feta comes pre-cubed, in a little basket to lift and drain the feta from the brine and the brine is an effective preservative thus it can be kept in fridge longer than a few days once opened, most others in shop have to be regularly purchased, then eaten in small quantities or disposed of after 3 days or max 5 in fridge 😦
